Good Morning 360 Experts!

 Hope you all had a great weekend!  Okay . . . I did what Dave instructed me to do – hooked up the route and uninstall AVG and checked the IE – everything looks great – much better – no diagnostic window appearing  anymore;   however I had re-installed the AVG (it was a paid version which I paid for it)  – so far everything looks good!  No more diagnostic window appearing as I was on it last night for about an hour.  What I had realized is that the AVG I paid was an 8.5 version; the one in the computer system was an enhanced version (which I didn’t pay for that) – someone must have upgraded without my knowledge so I am not sure if the enhanced version is the one that causing me a lot of frustrations?  

As for now I have made a rule – no one uses my PC except for me and the hands of the 360 computer experts! 

So is it safe to say that my computer is now working normally and that I can breathe normally?  J    LOL…

 Just a quick note to thank you for saving my skin and retrieving that Quick Books file from my hard drive.It now allows me to open QB and use that data…. and at a modest cost as well. 

I would have been in big trouble and suffered a much larger cost without that file.

 i thought i would drop you a note to thank you and your staff for the time and, effort that you have dedicated to ensure my satisfaction.During the past month or so there have been many issues with my system, from hardware to software. To say it has been a very stressful time is an understatement. 

All through this “ordeal” there has been on constant, the staff at 360…awesome!

Dave, Dean, what can i say? The service that was given as well as your support has been outstanding.
